-  Solicited business proposals
-  Unsolicited business proposals.

1. Problem Statement
2. Proposed Statement
3. Pricing Information

You must explain clearly that why your prospective client will have to buy from you instead from any one of your competitor!.

Just make sure your business proposals includes the following terms :
Objective, the goals, the solutions ( the services you provide).

In prior, let your prospective client know about the cost and labor, capital investment, return of investment and risk involved in the business to avoid conflicts.
