How to hire the right candidate for your company ?
There are several ways in which you can determine whether a candidate is worth it or not. Here are some enlightening strategies which you can use :
While you are interviewing the candidate look for a spark in their eyes. These candidates answer with involvement and passion towards their job. Ask basic technical questions to find out whether the candidate has completely understood what he has studied in his graduation . When you call a person over the phone for asking him/her to attend the interview, it gets a little tricky. The first and foremost thing you have to do is to ask them to introduce themselves . Listen carefully to their speech. Interested candidates will have a tremendous confidence and their flow of speech will be at ease, that is , without repetition and error in language.
