solution will be at hand.
Possibilities:
Once
you have come up with the possible solutions, analyze the most relevant one to
your current situation. Different solutions will prove effective at different
situations. Solutions are a spontaneous act of mind. What is crucial at this
point of time is your understanding of the term “relevance” meaning you must
find a common thread between the problem and the possible solution that you

Decision:
Making
a decision may not be the most
difficult action or an action that has bad consequences because in the
long run, any decision is better than no decision at all. Usually about 85% of

Responsibility:
Assign
people to carry out the decision. Now, the tricky part is deciding,
who is going to do what, when they
are going to do it and to what standard.

Schedule:
Set
up a measuring scale and reporting deadlines to determine whether or not the
